Achieving Success As a Law Student

Posted on May 24, 2013 by Marie No Comments

There is no doubt that law students are bright, capable, hard-workers. However, the standard of the competition, compounded by overly general marking criteria and minimal feedback, means that breaking into the higher mark ranges for your subjects can be elusive. And – when you do manage to crack a Distinction or High Distinction, you are not always certain why (particularly when you’ve worked twice as hard on other assignments that only received a Pass!)

I can help demystify the marking process and teach you writing skills that improves the quality and structure of your argument. As someone who has taught Legal Research to undergraduate and postgraduate students for the last two years, I can also give you research and referencing tips to help you maximise your marks.

In recognition of the tight deadlines for submission of work, I am available for last minute consultations.

Remember – with studying law, knowing the course content is only a small part of achieving success. I can help you maximise your potential.
